Critique My site

My site is new. The site is a weightloss niche site and I want to do affiliate marketing with the site. (The pictures are a little blurred. I would have to get a better picture to display).

How can I SEO my site?
I have submitted 3 articles to goarticles.com but it hasn't brought me any visitor.

The site URL is http :// smallblogger . com/delete/ (remove the space, I am not allowed to post URL's because I am new)

    doesnt look like the weight loss niche you sure you have put tue url right? i get some tech blog with the text in the header over lapping... anyone else?
