Before You Quit 1ShoppingCart...
Hey Warriors,
Just a "heads up" on this one:
I have used 1SC for a few years, and have recently migrated my lists from them as I didn't want everything tied to the one processor...
BUT...
If you're going to stop using them, do this first:
1) Export your list (which is a pain, because it exports your ALL of your lists in one document... go figure)
2) Send an email to the list telling them to watch out for your new confirmation email... (your list size will probably drop - but hey - that's just clearing out the cobwebs)
and
3) THEN tell 1SC that you're going to cancel.
Here's the deal - You NEED to give them at least 7 days notice before the end of your billing cycle (I gave them 12 days). BUT... Be prepared for them to cancel and delete your account IMMEDIATELY, and give NO REFUND for the days you've paid for in advance.
Pretty average really.
But hey - I'm now a Tom Kulzer happy (Aweber) camper. Dang that service is easy. Makes 1SC look like a DINOSAUR.
