Make money with membership or new product sales?
One or ask you guys a question that's been in the back of my mind for a long time. Still weighing up the pros and cons of adding a membership section to my website which has very very good traffic and say charging $10.00 a month to be a member. Members would then get access to a number of services I would provide such as personal help from me, videos audios and short reports or ebooks.
The alternative is to create new products and sell them gradually replacing out the affiliate products that I currently have or my websites.
What do you guys think or do any of you have any experience in starting up a membership section on an existing website? I'm thinking that if I had people who were members of my website then I would be guaranteed and income every month from them and this could be more profitable than trying to sell individual products but I don't know.
