Alright, so I'm planning on building a business over the summer with 1-5 employees that setups various marketing services for businesses and maintains these each month.

I've got a large pad of paper in front of me, and I want to write up a plan for what to get started. Can you help me in identifying how to go about creating this plan and what I should include?

Thanks all, I'm still new to all this.

Regards,

tech

    Techlover,
What kid of business you are talking about? What is your mission statement? What is your business goal? How about your business plan? What are the benefits of your company products going to provide to the general public? What sector exactly? Trade or high tech?

In addition to these you need to figure out your price structure that includes/covers all of your relevant cost.

    Hi Techlover,

I think you're getting some great feedback here. Just out of curiosity which aspect of marketing are you most familiar with? My advice would be to take that one piece and focus on it instead of simply offering a hodge podge of seemingly unrelated services.

The reason being that you want your company to represent a single idea in your customers' and prospects' minds. If they have to think too much about what you represent they will go elsewhere. Hope that makes sense.
