Submits as in them actually buying the product (how are you tracking?) or clicking on a link to the order form?

Do you mean they click through as if to buy, then decide not to?

Sometimes people do this to either:

    a) check the affiliate ID at the bottom of the page (if they know about these things!), or

    b) just to check the final price. If the customer lives in Europe for example, Clickbank adds sales tax (VAT).

It's the final step before purchase and can be tracked inside the ClickBank affiliate area. This means that 9 people in a row have either had their credit card declined or change their minds at the last second. (Not very likely if you ask me...)

Another warrior told me that if the percentage of sales from Order Form Submit Counts drop below 50%, something is wrong.

Yet another warrior had 9 sales from 11 Order Form Submit Counts.

I have emailed ClickBank, but their answer was totally useless.

You can move to plimus, more and more vendors are moving to plimus. I also got some no good testimonials about the clickbank tracking system but I don't know it myself since now I'm more to plimus.
