What do I need to conduct a tele-interview?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm intending to conduct a tele-interview, recording the interview and then selling it.

And I like to know what are the various things I need?

PS: Besides an interviewee...

The most reliable and easy tool I've used is Free Conference Call, Phone Conferencing, Teleconferences - FreeConferenceCall.com. Have all parties dial in to the conference call and use the record command.

Ron, I'm curious about how you might use Jing to record an interview. I love the tool, but not sure how it would record audio?

I agree that FreeConferenceCall.com is a very easy solution. I use it all the time without problems.

I also back up my recordings using Gizmo which is an Internet phone service. I plug my headset into the USB port, open Gizmo, dial the conference line and then simply click "Record". The good thing about Gizmo is that the recording appears right on your desktop, so you have it immediately.

The good thing about FreeConFerenceCall is that they give you a playback line as well.

So, using both gives you the best of both worlds.

  I've used FreeConferenceCall.com too and used Audio Acrobat to record the calls. It worked pretty well and I was really happy with Audio Acrobat's service.

  I use FreeConferencePro.com for the teleseminar line, but I find the recording is best if you couple that with InstantTeleseminar.com
  
  However, I only use those recordings as back-up. I actually use a broadcast studio setup that may be too much if you're only doing a few interviews.
