Since April 1, they've been selling 105 Kindle books for every100 regular books. (Number does NOT include free Kindle books but does include regular books that have no Kindle edition.)
In fact, they're selling three times as many Kindle books so far this year than they did to this point last year.
And in the UK, they're selling 2 Kindle books for every hardcover book, even as hardcover sales are growing there.
As someone pointed out in one of my chat groups, once you do the Kindle version it's pretty easy to do a version for the Nook, iPad and whatnot.
I haven't gotten into doing Kindle books yet but maybe I will after reading this. LOL
BTW, the press release itself is interesting because it's a good example of how they're creating news to sell a product--if you read it, you'll see it's obvious they're trying to promote the $114 Kindle.
