How to sell Wordpress Theme

I have some Awesome Wordpress Theme developed already.. I want to sell them online. I do have some marketing experience, but I am not that expert at marketing as some of you guys might be here.

Guys do suggest me some strategy on how can i make people familiar with my themes.

I agree with Fernando Veloso...themeforest is possibly the best step forward.

I want to build my own marketplace where I can push around 4 themes a month. At Themeforest the max you can do it 1 theme every month which doesn't works for 4 member team.

I know it would be difficult in the start to build my own market but I think overtime it might pay.

What you guys think. Is there some out of the box marketing strategy ??

  Well, you could first optimize your site for wordpress theme and wp theme related keywords. Then make a "free" and "paid" version of your first few themes. Add an encrypted link to the footer. On the site, explain that the free themes require link to your site. You could even add an "upgrade" in the theme options (once installed) so people can 'click here to remove our ad'. Make all the footer ads anchor text links using your keywords. Then submit them to all the free theme galleries. There's tons of them. Social bookmark and promote all the pages (in galleries) that contain a link to your site. This will push link love to your site. It will be slow at first, but as you build momentum and people know your site, you can add more themes that are paid only.
