Urgent help please. Want best way to spend $20 on qualified leads

I will be grateful if someone has an idea of how best I can spend the $20 I have in freelancer.com for leads. I have a press release service that I want to refer business people to. What do you think I should tell potential bidders? Should I pay $20 for 1, 2, 3, or more leads that purchase and a fixed amount for leads they will get after that? Please advice. I will be grateful for any helpful direction.

    Lead generation can be expensive. I prefer a fixed cost, like a per month or per year. Otherwise you will end up paying again and again.

    I remember being in the same position as you are right now...trying to find qualified and targeted leads for my business almost a year ago. I end up spending a lot of money. I have to agree with seobro, buying leads can be pretty expensive. But I don't like to pay per month or per year for my leads because, there is a big chance that you end up buying old leads that aren't fresh leads.

    In my search to solve my leads issue, I end up finding a amazing software that solved my leads problem once in for all! I do no longer buy leads, I have endless fresh, quality, targeted leads without spending a dime! Got their names, email addresses, fax, etc. Those leads are already interested in what you have to offer, so this is great! Now, I am no longer buying leads for my business...

    There is netextractor or scraperpro. The best in my opinion is netextractor. Don't forget the .com at the end...
