For Aweber Users...wat works the best?

What works the best for you guys?

In-line - Appears within the current web page body.
Pop-up - Pops up in a new window.
Pop-under - Opens a new window underneath the current window.
Exit Pop-up - Like pop-up, but the new window appears when the visitor leaves the current page.
Pop-over/Hover - Appears to hover within the web page. Usually unblockable.
Lightbox Hover - Fades over entire webpage

I wanted to exit popup but noticed FIREFOX blocks these aweber exit popups...

I heard that LIGHTBOX HOVER is best so far...what do you guys think?

On one site I use both the pop up at that comes in about 5 seconds after the page loads and I use an inline in the middle of the sales page. A good friend uses the Lightbox/Hover.

I think you'll have to test what works best in your specific market. You can also look at what other top marketers in your market are using to find a starting place.

I haven't much success with the pop-ups working. Don't know why.
But, I do use a cool little trick for in-line forms.
I use an I-Frame to house the form.
That way your visitors can opt-in without leaving your page.
I can't take credit for the idea.
I got it from Jeff mulligan.

I've found that Aweber popup's code is great. However, I generally use in-line.

Keep in mind the old saying: "Never guess, always split test." Don't guess which one works best for you, split test it!

I'd use both a hover-over and an inline form. The hover-over things aren't technically pop-ups and they usually get through pop blockers--but having an in-line form as well keeps you covered in case the other doesn't work for you.
