    Are you sure its a confirmation email? Its probably just your followup email which you may not have changed (previously you may have had the same message). Did you set the 'Thank You' page to Custom to auto-redirect to your affiliate program or offer?

    If its not any of that, maybe something as simple as not hitting the Save button when you choose the Single Opt In option. I've done that a couple of times with Aweber and maybe you are too.
