Private proxy for scrape box, how?

Hi guys... what's the deal with using a private proxy for scrape box.

I've finally got it running on my mac. Looking at a tutorial on youtube, where the guy says he'll be using a private proxy, thats it, no more info.

I'm using strong vpn, as I'm in China, can I use this... and if so, how?

Load private proxies saved in the text file in this format:
IPORT:username: password
no spaces of course

You need private proxies as the success rate is much higer. You can get 10 of them for around 20 bucks a month. Personally I've used Squidproxies and got good results from them.
