British English writers not good enough for you? Nor Canadian, South African, Australian, New Zealand, Irish, nor any of the other countries where English is the official or primary language? I think most English-speaking writers are more than capable of writing American English for the US market, or British English for the UK market. I don't actually know, myself, whether some of the people I'd have recommended here, are US-residents or UK-residents.

Check out Zabrina, she is freelancing again to raise money. She's in
Canada and is excellent. She wrote a lot for me last year - no complaints.
    She's a member here.

It doesn't really matter if you want to hire US only, even though some tend
to get all twisted up over it when they see it.

Your reasons are your own, and you owe no one an explanation for it.

    Ken

The only reason i specified us writers is because i have a website targetting american audience so its only natural i get a us writer who would write for this specific market, likewise for my uk websites i would require a uk writer.

    It's common sense.Lol.
