I just saw a really beautiful picture that I would love to use on my sales page. It costs only 3$, so I just wanted to ask if I`m allowed to use it if I buy it. It`s logical that I am but just to make sure..

Hi, it depends..you should read the T&C of that specific pic, which is the website where you bought the pic?

However... you cannot sell the bought picture, unless you have special license.

Forget about how logical it is. Take the time to read the terms and conditions of the site. That way, you'll know for certain what you can and cannot do with the pic.

There are restrictions involved, and you really should read them first to make sure you're O.K. Usage agreement | Pixmac You probably are, but it's best to check!

Not wanting to appear too blunt, but you are thinking of buying a picture and clearly at the bottom of the page there is a link called "licences". Perhaps that would be a good place to look regarding the terms of your purchase. don't you think?

All sites are different and offer different usage rights and licences. Why come here and ask the question when it's explained perfectly well on the site you purchased from in the first place.
