Google has launched Google Places Catalog in select U.S. cities. Your client can request a free Google Places Catalog at:
Google Places Business Kit Catalog
In some cases, Google has already sent the kit to select verified Google Places listings.
You can get mints
or pillow chocolates
Numerous other promotional items available that your client can use to encourage reviews.
My favorite is the refrigerator magnet. It's a great way for a business to piggyback on Google's brand awareness.

What your customer needs to do:
1. Verify your business listing (hopefully this has already been done, right?)
2. Make sure that your address, phone number, website, and business hours are up to date before requesting your business kit.
Only businesses in the Madison, Charlotte, Las Vegas, Nevada, San Diego, California, Portland, Oregon and Austin, Texas area that have claimed their Place page are eligible to receive kits.
