I don't feel like a warrior

Hello warriors,

I'm trying to figure out which way to make money, with all the information here i must admit that my head is literary spinning,

I have read many many posts here and read many many ebooks and i still don't know which direction to go, i want to minimize my failures (if thats even possible) Its a lot harder to start off with this business than it was 3 or 4 years ago, I'm I correct?

Why is it that a person that excels in school and all the jobs they have done cannot figure this whole making money online business? whats the secret?

Why is it hard? No, not hard. Why is it confusing

so many people leading you on so many directions

Sorry if you are now rolling your eyes right now and thinking is hopeless since i have tried so many things,

Do people really and truly give out their real making money methods here on this forum?

Anyone with any real advice please help

You say you excel in school? Ever done quantums? If you have you will understand this and I am hoping that you will even if you haven't. LOL

Pick the subject that you really want to build a business around - something you can dedicate some serious work to without going crazy.

Then figure out what you want that business to look like 3 years from now, all complete and shiny.

Then reverse engineer it until you get to the starting point.

Yeah, that can be a slap in the face, but most of us did it wrong before we did it right. All you've done is eliminate a way to do things. Keep going - you're young, you have time so don't get discouraged. It may take a few tries to find what works for you - which is why there are so many methods to choose from. You have to look at all of the methods available and design your own path from there. Business owners from the beginning of time have had to do so - it's just different now because you can do it all online. That's the ONLY difference. Treat it as such.

No, you're not correct. There is more helpful info now than there ever was - and it's the overload of information that makes you think it's harder.

You can't do it all - and you don't have to. Each method has it's own requirements, time frame, benefits and disadvantages.

Look at what is required to do various things - adsense, affiliate marketing, writing for income, etc - and choose ONE that seems to best suit your personal requirements and preferences. Then ignore all the others and put all your focus and effort into the one thing you have chosen to do.

If you shop for a new car - you'll find loads of colors and sizes and options and features. Do you choose a car that meets YOUR needs or do you walk away because you can't decide?

Getting started in IM is much the same - there are tons of options but you have to choose wisely and pick one that suits you. You'll have to make many decisions when you work for yourself - the first one is what you will do.

Well first of all..it's confusing because theres like 10,000 WSOs in the WSO section lol but I would suggest you do the PLR thing since you already have the content and integrate that with article marketing. People will tell you a lot of different things. For example some people say telemarketing doesn't work what so ever, John Durham 100% disagrees, some people say email marketing sucks, it works just fine for me! The point is you need to find out what works for YOU! I have only made like $8 from adsense and my site has been up since like 2009 lol I don't promote it because I have not learned the proper structure/ads/etc..and I'm not interested to learn it. I started with that (and clearly failed) but now I'm on to offline. I would suggest you find what you're comfortable with and find people to outsource it to. A lot of people get caught up in the *learning* process. Yes, it's good to know what you're talking about, but you don't always have to know how to do the work. You have to have a good outsource team in place and have a backup for your back up lol

The best thing you can do is to get a mentoring service or program where they have step by step instructions. What is it you want to do? Affiliate Marketing? Blogging? Internet Marketing? Limit your options and eliminate the materials you have that will waste time and/or are irrelevant to what you actually want to focus on.

Making money online is easy if you know where to look.

It doesn't matter what method you choose. But once you know what course you have to take stick to it. I was confused like you 5 months ago. When I discovered a way to make money with EZA. I made few hundred bucks before EZA tighten their policies and I was hardly able to get any of my articles accepted.

Then I made out a plan, built 3 clickbank review sites. Just a month old now, still building backlinks and submitting articles. I made around 350$ in the process. By the time I rank higher I expect to make around 2000$/month from my sites.

So the bottomline is stick to any method you choose, eventually you will see success.
I combined the methods given in GOOGLE SNIPER and my own backling strategies. Other thing I didn't spend any money. My review sites are blogspot and it just took me 3 days to write few articles for my review sites.

    Hope this help!

The answer to this is simple.....

In those situations other people told you what to do.

Creating your own successful business requires that YOU decide what needs to be done.

Anyone can do what someone else tells them - but not everyone can know what needs to be done.

Not everyone is cut out for being a business owner.

You seem to be focusing on marketing strategies rather than business models.

You never said what market your business is in or what niche your business is about.

When you know what business you are in choosing marketing strategies is much easier.

If you have no business and think that 'article marketing' is a business then you're going to struggle - because how do you know what to write about? You can chase trends and popular online subjects but you can end up bored and stressed because you've created a new type of job rather than a business.

Adsense - is not a business. It's an advertising mechanism which requires that you can generate masses of traffic. If you don't already have any success at that then trying to make money with Adsense will be a massive struggle.

You see the difference? If you have no business - no marketing strategy will make a big impact.

If you have a business then many marketing strategies may help.

You need to decide what business you want to build and then work out how to market it.

Marketing itself is not a business unless you're doing it as a service for other business owners.

It really can be overwhelming as there are so many ways to make money.

If you belong to the War Room (and you should!), go through some of the plans/models that other warriors have laid out. See if the methodlogy makes sense to you and you are comfortable with. A good way to see if it is a good model is to read the responses from other warriors and take note of their results...If they made money with it then chances are very good that you will too!

If you don't belong to the war room, you will find lots of lots of detailed plans in this main forum...Look for the 5 star posts and again, see how others have done with it before you decide to try it yourself.

Basically it comes down too... Pick a strategy that YOU want to do. Not because its sales page is written well..

To me it sounds like a Mentor might be a good idea for you, you know - somebody to train you up in how they make money with regular and actionable steps. Once you've done it once, you just Rinse & Repeat by yourself.

Spend some time in the forum, look at posts, check out peoples posts, if you like the sound of them and they seem knowledgeable, why not send them a PM? Ask to be mentor'd! The worst you'll get is a "No" and you might find that even then, they will try and help you out.

If you look in the WSO section, i believe there is a few people offering personal training - if you feel like you need some guidance and direction.

    Good luck!
    Josh

    Good luck!

Pick something you really like to do or the one that best suits you. Everyone fails at IM at first, it's part of life, we learn from the mistakes and become better at them. You did good so far, yes you failed at one thing, but you can now learn from that mistake. Good luck my friend!
