CB stated on the ticket that they were issuing a refund, then closed the ticket. The email they sent did not provide any "what's next" info on it. That was 2 weeks ago.
I searched for their refund process for transaction, and found a lot of info that would apply if I was a vendor but not a purchaser.
I reopened the ticket and asked for clarification on their process.
They closed the ticket with no additional comments made. That was one week ago.
Does anyone know what their process is? Do they credit it to my CB earnings or back to the card I purchased it with?
I would think that it would go back to the card it was purchased with, but if that were true I'd also think it would have happen already. It's not dire or anything- but one of those questions that hangs out in the back of my mind taking up space
