I bought into a program, which I canceled through CB after finding out that it was junk.

CB stated on the ticket that they were issuing a refund, then closed the ticket. The email they sent did not provide any "what's next" info on it. That was 2 weeks ago.

I searched for their refund process for transaction, and found a lot of info that would apply if I was a vendor but not a purchaser.

I reopened the ticket and asked for clarification on their process.

They closed the ticket with no additional comments made. That was one week ago.

Does anyone know what their process is? Do they credit it to my CB earnings or back to the card I purchased it with?

I would think that it would go back to the card it was purchased with, but if that were true I'd also think it would have happen already. It's not dire or anything- but one of those questions that hangs out in the back of my mind taking up space

Your first line of approach should have been to contact the seller of the product you purchased. All ClickBank sales have to offer a full 90 day refund policy and they have to uphold that.

If you contacted ClickBank directly and asked for a refund, it normally shows up within a couple of days on the credit card you used to make the original payment.

Maybe this information on how to contact Clickbank will help:

If you would prefer to speak to someone directly, our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Time.

    Thank you for that!

I guess I should have said that I did go through the seller at first and when that didn't resolve it, I went to clickbank. This process for getting a refund started about 3.5 weeks ago.

The refund process is simple. I believe that you will not have been charged in the first place and they simply cancelled the order. So there should be nothing else to do.

Just check your account - not debited - right?

Actually, it was debited the day after I made the purchase. No refund had been processed into either the CB or bank account.

Will be calling them later today to see what is/was supposed to happen.

Call their customer helpline. They are pretty quick with refunds. I've had a similar experience a couple of months back, and they sorted it out fast.

Just be sure you have your transaction ID since they will be asking for it.
