Where do I install a pop-up aweber form in a wp blog?

Hi,
I am having some difficulties with one of my blogs and I was wondering if you could help me.
I want to install a pop-up aweber form in a wordpress blog that uses Revolution Church theme.
I already added a form in the right sidebar by pasting the code in the appropriate box under 'Revolution Church Options'.
Now I want to install another pop-up webform which should appear on top of the blog but I don't know where to place the code. I already created this webform as 'hover', instead of 'inline'.
I contacted aweber and they told me to copy and paste the code on a text widget. I did that but nothing shows up.
I haven't found any other information in google.
Any ideas on how to do this?

    Open up your theme on edit in Wordpress. Find the footer.php and place the script in the footer. Log out - clear your cache check it works.
