Newbies Unite!

Just a shout out to the fellow newbies out there and anyone who wants to help out.
I was thinking about setting up a ventrillo server for a voice chat.
Maybe set up a time once a week or so and we could meet up and discuss what we are working on what we have learned etc.
This could be a great motivation and learning experience. If any of yo know of a place where they all ready do this please hook me up.
Please post in this thread or PM me so I know your interested.

    Thanks for that, and I deffenitly will use the resources here, I was just looking for a place to "voice" chat. I really enjoy talking to people and not just typing to them.

      Funny enough I was thinking the same thing...

      I was thinking of going with skype as it is earier than vent...although limited to the number of people.

      Let me know if you go forward with this...could be fun and educational.

    I was able to talk with a few of you last night over skype and I have to say it was great to have some real voice conversations.
    I had to make myself hang up with Adrian because I was having a good time talking and not getting work done. Good problem to have I guess.
    Anyway for myself having this very real communication with fellow newbies is, IMO, more then worth putting some time into. Please PM your skype ID to me to get in on the conversation.

      Great idea!, it would be nice to rant/share stories with each other, and maybe exchange tips too, id like to know its not just me with less happy visitors than a dentist!:p
