Does anyone have experience with any good places to get free targeted traffic from other than:

Directories
Forums
Article Marketing
Ezine Advertising
Classified Advertising
Blogging
Social sites

    Free targeted traffic from unconventional sources is the definition of Guerrilla Marketing. I would suggest you check out a few sites/books on that topic.

    Off the top of my head though, why not make something viral?

    Create something funny or controversial to get people talking about your site/product on their own. Use the latest trends to tie it in with what's popular right NOW.

    For example, Pirates of the Caribbean 4 just came out, so you might create a page that says something like: "10 Things You Never Knew About Johnny Depp" - tying that into your product or website is the challenge, but sometimes these kinds of things work.
