Warriors Feedback needed for unsold Flip

Hi Everyone,

I need your people feedback for mine current unsold Flip. It was 3 days listing and first couple of hours i recieved 25 views but then after till ending i got only 3 more views (in 2 Days). Other sites in the same niche are selling around 100-250$.

I worked hard on design and stuff, and bought a custom theme for the site. For me site was good and better than some out there in entry level.

I need your feedback to analyse and learn what i need to improve and what could have gone wrong.

    Of the sites that recently sold that were comparable to yours:

    1) How many were there
    2) How recent were the sales
    3) What were three common similarities in their 'sales pitch'
    4) What were three design similarities for the sites that sold, and how do they relate to your site design

    Start there and you might be able to answer your own questions.

      Hi,

      I'm no expert on the particular subject of traffic sales but I do spend a bit of time on Flippa and have even bought a few sites.

      So from that perspective the one big thing for me was the wild header flash video. Just completely distracted me and I only looked at the rest of the page because I had come to it via your post.

      1) page needs brighter design
      2) the service offered is common in flippa, copy not convencing enough.
      3) since it is outsourced, you have to "emphasize" that what you'll get is a real traffic, etc.
      generalized your FAQ to "what-in-it-for-me" approach, sellers view.
      4) try again
      5) if fails to sell, contact flippaking - he could offer more advise

        Thanks Brendon for your input, this do help. But too little views to the listing means, very few people entered in the listing. Or it is the Title or the Niche. But with similar Niche and Title many other sold.

        Thanks Tony, I will try to simplify the header for the next sale and lets see if it works.

    Yes never have dark pictures on your Homepage. Here is a Facebook Likes Flip I am currently setting up: Fanpage Bomb Now if you look at that I have nice comfortable blue colours which are appealing to the eye and look good. If you want to make this a full time sort of thing, I reccommend for you that you go and get a flipping guide from the WSO section. Good luck with your future ventures!

    You only need one viewer to buy your site. I think you are focused on things that are less important than the original questions I asked.

    If you had close to 30 people view your site, you're on the right track. Once they arrived at your site, they went elsewhere.

    Focus hard on what those other sites were doing.
