Clickbank Delay Refunds

I have noticed that Clickbank are getting tough with refunds. In particular if you cancel a subscription program through Clickbank and you have paid the initial first month's fee, they confirm cancellation and that you won't be billed in future. They leave it at that and close the ticket.

You then re-open the ticket by asking for the money you have already paid. They ignore it by confirming the cancelled subscription ticket and close the ticket again.

It took me 5 attempts to request my refund as they didn't understand what I was saying. I then eventually received my money some 2 weeks later.

Anyone else experience delays with them.

    This is a common occurance with Clickbank. Sometimes you may get a refund on the first try, but it is very rare.

      I remember a post here just a few days ago, when another Warrior was reporting something similar. He/she was opening tickets and ClickBank was just closing them.

      If this is their new policy, it's going to make me very cautious before I buy anything through them in the future. I very, very rarely request a refund and I always correspond with the seller first, but nevertheless, it makes any refund guarantee very shakey.

    Actually that would be the VENDOR closing the ticket, not CB.

    When you open a ticket with CB, it is referred to the vendor. If it gets closed then blame the vendor.

    CB only gets involved if you select to "escalate" the ticket to CB. I can assure you that CB does not play that game. If a vendor is doing that to you, let CB know.

      That's exactly what I did to escalate the matter and I received the refund within 24hrs.
      Just goes to show, you have to very cautious with some vendors.

      Hi mine says refunded but still jave nothing back in my paypal?

      How do you ecalate it to a CB claim?

    A cancellation request won't refund a past payment, it will just cancel future payments. So if you do want a refund ask for a refund.

    You probably weren't clear enough, I didn't have any problems with them as far as refunds are related.

      Yes, usually clickbank can take 5-7 days to refund like what happened to my refund request.
