Clickbank 1-Click Upsell - People Not Accessing Purchases

Has anyone noticed that people are not accessing their purchases on the new 1-Click Upsell?

I've had 2 purchases on the new 1-click upsell so far and neither of them has bothered to download the product they paid for! On top of that they haven't yet emailed me to enquire where the hell their download is!!!

What in the world is going on?

The way I know they haven't downloaded the product is there is a forced opt-in after they purchase and they haven't been added to my email list on Aweber.

Could it be that they tend to miss the 'Access Purchase' buttons on the new Clickbank 1-Click Upsell Thank You Page?

    I'm having the same problem. Customers are signing up for a recurring billing membership but are not accessing the site. Thankfully they're not refunding, but it's weird.

    I'm trying to figure out how to make the process more understandable.

      Yeh, they're not asking ME for a refund either! Bloody weird or what!

      I get the feeling they expect it's a physical product and sit back waiting for the book to arrive in the post. But I don't recall putting in an address when making a Clickbank test purchase.

      Another possibility is that it's credit card fraud. My market is strictly men only, and the last sale I got was from a woman :s

      I'm thinking I should ditch the one-click upsell and just sell it all upfront.

    Upsells are better than selling it upfront for sure as far as sales go so you may just want to refine the process a little.

    Have a question though. If people buy your upsell, do they access your main product first and then cllick on another page to access your upsell?

      It's a bit rubbish how it works in my opinion. As soon as they put in their credit card info and hit the button to confirm, they are taken to your upsell pitch page.

      On the pitch page, if they click the 'yes I want this upsell' link, they are taken to Clickbank's own new little 'Thank You' page where there are two buttons to the right and on the middle of the page. One leading to your original product's download page, the other leading to your upsell product's download page.

      The one-click part is cool, but I'd prefer for them to be taken to my own modified download page that contains both products. OR for Clickbank's new 'Thank You' page to have pictures of my product and make it clear that the customer has to right now, ACCESS their product.

      The one-click part does depend on the currency the customer is paying in. If they use the great british pound for example, they have to enter in their credit card info a second time after they click to accept the upsell. USD is fine though.
