you bought products ebook n tools a lot in IM, right? How many of them you never used it???

    Why would you buy something and not use it? If you don't have a use for something then return it.

      That's exactly what I thought coming in here. I've downloaded a bunch of free guides, but certainly never paid to not use something.

      edit: I can see people buying tools and not using them though, since they feel like they need it one minute and the next they don't.
