I have been trying to join elances affiliate program but they make it very hard do you know any company like elance that will pay me to drive traffic to them?

Odesk for one has an affiliate program (through CJ I believe) they pay a tiny comission for recruiting workers ($0.50?) an a more decent amount for employers.

I think they all do, with small payout, others to look at would be, guru.com, vworker (formally rent a coder) and Script lance, being the ones that jump to mind. Or doing a JV with someone who has a elance affiliate option if you want particulally drive traffic to them.

You could also take a look at offervault.com (CPA offers) and see if there are any applicable offers on there and follow through.

I had the same problem with Elance through CJ....frustrating b/c they have a great commission. I think Freelancer also has an affiliate program.
