need a alternative to yahoo site explorer

hi i am currently doing site research on backlinks and where there are from.
and i use yahoo site explorer (YSE) a lot for this purpose.but it has a limit of 1000 only.
and this is unpleasant situation for me.can anyone here suggest a worthy alternative to YSE please?thanks

    Are a couple, be aware some of the free services use the yahoo api and have the same 1000 link limit, yahoo may rank the result with most important first. You may have to use a paid service to get the most.

    The free version of the SEO PowerSuite application has similar limitations but can be upgraded.
