Blog Set Up Service-- How Do I Fare as A Beginner With $0?

I will like to start setting up blogs for people in the IM niche just to get some seed capital but I don't have a dime right now and that means I will not have money for WSO,but I don't want that to hinder me.
Things I can do?
I can install wordpress, add plugin for seo, embed video in post, create a contact us form, create auto responder form, create the amazon astore, add adsense to the blog, embed links to affiliate products, add widgets, get a good theme, but I dont know how to do graphics like header.
Would people pay me without the graphics in header?
Also, can I start by offering this service FREE like it is being suggested to those who want to start as article writers?

Please help me with your best suggestions. I believe this is where my core interest is as far as making money from IM is concerned..thanks.

You have more than enough skill to get started. Never let something like graphics hold you up. There are places like fiverr where you can get simple starter graphics done super cheap.

If you want to build your portfolio, instead of doing free work, try joining a host's affiliate program. For example, hostgator will pay you something like $120 per referral if you can refer 21 new customers in a single month.

If your customer only has to sign up for the $10/month hosting and they get a free website... that's a sweet deal

You get 21 new sites on your portfolio, you make a couple grand and you get off to a flying start.

A better method of this plan is by signing up with a hostgator reseller account. Then, instead of you getting a one time payment. Your clients will be paying you month after month.

I second Skid's suggestions - that is how I started out although I don't use Hostgator for my reseller.

As fo the lack of the ability to do graphics, don't let the stop you or be a hindrance. I have been in the business for 2 years now and I still don't offer a graphics service even though I can come up with a few good designs.

Good luck, and if you need some tips you can always reach out via PM or add me on Skype
