What Should I Sell This For?

Hard to tell when you cant see what the site looks like or the quality of the content. For me personally, the $20 adwords thing is pretty much useless... not sure people will really feel value in that (just my opinion). Adwords is tough and not the goto ppc platform anymore... too hard to make money in for newbies.

If the content is the same quality as $5 elancers... then that is going to make a big difference as well.

For me the real value here is only

- Lead Capture Page
- Special Report
- 25 articles

The keyword lists to rank for... not much a point if the articles are already created.... keyword research after a site is built shoudl be based on its current analystics of what visitors are most interested in.

Also, you say unique... but does that mean "spun unique"... so would 50 other people have the same blog but their own spun unique content? That makes a big difference too in price.

They are unique, quality articles written by native English speakers familiar with the topic. Not spun or rewritten.

If you're looking for some kind of "price formula" take the total cost of everything you put into this package and offer it at 1/10th that price. That way you're giving people 10x the value.

That being said however, value is very subjective, so it's hard to say without seeing the product beforehand.

Are you only selling one copy of the pack?

If so, you can sell it for $50-$75, depending on the niche. Selling multiple copies, you may still be able to get $15-$20 a piece. It's recommended that you limit the copies if you decide to go that route.

Also, do some research in the Complete Websites For Sale section here on the WF for a better idea on how to price the pack.

25 unique PLR articles if well written I normally pay no more than $15 for and they are very well written.

Keyword List (To rank for) - I've paid $9 for a fresh keyword list at times, but I do have Market Samurai to do it myself.

Special Report- How long, how well written, what topic?

Magulesco Magazine is a free theme

$20 in Adwords won't get you very far and could cost you a great deal if you don't know what you are doing.

Hostgator $0.01 Coupon Code - This is free. You can get this anywhere

Lead Capture Page - These are free all over the place. One Warrior just gave away a bunch of them a couple of days ago

NOTE: Just read that you are selling only one copy. That makes a difference on the unique content (articles and report). If it's a good niche, the package could go up to $50-$60.
