My first 2 days of approved EZA articles...When do I know if my niche is a winner?

I finally got a few articles approved and have started getting traffic.

Here are some quick stats.

Niche 1. 56 views 21 clicks
Niche 2. 72 views 14 clicks
That is from 8 articles - 4 per niche

Of that, I have received 20 hops.

1st - Do these stats look OK?
2nd - How long before I know whether the niches or my landing page is a dud?

If you received 20 hops out of 35 clicks from your article then I'd say your landing page is doing a pretty good job of getting people to click on your link.

I would like to see a little better conversion rating on my click throughs from your ezine articles however on the one with 72 views.

Some products will get a sale once every 60 hops. Some fewer hops and others a LOT more hops before you will see a sale. I would say if you have gotten 500 hops or more and haven't seen a sale I would let it go. Just my opinion.

Grow some patience...6 months out is a good time to judge, not 6 days.

You're getting some good hops so a sale will come sooner or later...

Just keep writing those articles and you'll get as feel for the money spending keywords... Keep tracking and watch out for what works then scale UP...!!

Generally, you make a sale between 15-30 articles. I entered in many niches, and this is like a rule of thumbs for me now, if I don't see a sale around the article #15, I'll pick another niche.

    But ...

It is better to know what converts with Adwords or Yahoo SM. Spend some bucks first to see your traffic and conversion, and then start a MASSIVE article marketing campaign.
