Optin form not working on page :(

How do I fix this? Here is my problem:

I have an optin form that slides in and is a pop over but it slides behind embedded video so it is not visible. I want it to stay ABOVE all content. Any ideas how to fix this?

    You could try moving the embedded video so it appears 'below the fold' which means it's not visible when the browser first opens, and the user has to scroll down to get to it.

    It's about the only way I can think of to fix this.
