Service for publishishing book and CD

INTERNET MARKETING

I am going to publish my e-program in hard copy, including a 100 page book and 2 hours audio recordings.

Does anyone know a service that does both? Lulu.com does books on demand and looks like an excellent service, but they don't do CD's. I'd like to find someone who does both if they exist.

  Thanks everyone for your offerings of support. I have gone through the various suggestions you presented and it looks like Vervante is going to be the best solution. They provide a combo CD and book and their pricing seems good, and the service looks like the best, having live telephone support.

I suggest Vervante as they allow you to do CD/DVDs plus printed material in the same package. You can have a read of this post I made earlier that reviewed a number of the different services on offer:

  CreateSpace does both...but not together as one product.
  
  For example, you can't create a book with a CD insert attached...
  
  Not sure who offers that service...if that is what you are looking for.
