WP - Add Video Problem

I am using some Wood Background WP Theme.

When I add multimedia (VIDEO) to my WP Theme...
It just ends up with a link to the Youtube video;

But I want the Youtube Video to be shown on my WP Blog.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

    If you grab the embed code and in the post/page editor click the "HTML" tab you can just post the code in there.

    But as Steve suggested there are a bunch of plugins which can do it for you too.
