Legal to sell affiliate products in my cart?

I have a website selling affiliate products. (clearly labelled)
I want my visitors to use my shopping cart, but I don't think it's possible to sell affiliate products while using MY cart.

So I was thinking of having customers buy all affiliate products via my own shopping cart, then I buy those items personally and drop-ship it myself to my customers.

Is this possible/legal/a good idea?

As long as you buy the items personally I don't see how it would be illegal. If you have a DVD you watch it and then sell it that's perfectly fine, however you can't make copys of the DVD to sell.

      Thanks for your reply!

I'm actually selling physical goods only (no information products) so I would personally buy each item the customer orders.

If your selling physical goods I see no problem with it. As long as it's all original nothing copied.

Then why on earth would you think that this is illegal? The only thing that would be a crime is if you weren't buying wholesale... and the only person you would be robbing is yourself.

I think I just saw a new product where a cart can be made for clickbank products.

I forgot where I saw it

    I don't think that's possible.

Why don't you try the real dropship?

You could enter in all the details and when a purchase is made, you just have to do one more step than usual.
