I'd like to sell a domain but what one is the best domain auction site? Go Daddy, Sedo, Afternic or another site? The registrar is Go Daddy, so how do I move it if I sell it on somewhere else?

Those are all good. You can do auctions or use a premium service. Premium costs more but it gets more eyes across an entire network.

A lot of people have accounts at GoDaddy so when you sell one there, you only have to "push" it, not transfer, which makes it real easy.

All of the above are good. I've bought domains from Flippa also. To transfer the domain, get the buyer to register a free account at Godaddy and then just push the domain to them. That's in your domain management screen in Godaddy ... click on change accounts or something similar.

The quality (marketability) of your domain name has a lot to do with which service will work best for you. Afternic, by far, gets me the highest paying customers, because they have a very skilled sales team that sells for you (if you choose that plan). Sedo is great for medium range buyers, Godaddy is the lower end of the spectrum for what buyers are willing to pay.
