wow, just got 2 paypal emails, and I won 2 disputes!
Usually, I do not bother to "fight", I just refund them directly. This time, I decided to say "NO". I tried to contact the buy, but he never replied my emails, only email to paypal. So, I replied him from paypal, and in the 20 days (dispute period), I sent him 4 or 5 emails from paypal, and asked whether there is a problem. He never replied. But, I won the dispute.
