How much can I sell this site for?

Hi,

I've never sold a website. So that's why I need a bit of your advice.

I have a website about tinnitus, monetized with a ClickBank product. The details are as follows:

Domain: two words
Domain Age: 6 months
Monthly Traffic: 3000+
Monthly Income: $500
Google ranking: First position for main keyword.
List of subscribers: 800

    Can you give a breakdown of the income over the past few months? This way I can see the growth, and changes in the revenue each month. This will play a role in the value of the site.

      February: $365.34
      March: $442.37
      April: $496.29
      May: $391.66

    Your websites income times about 10 months is what you should be getting for it so here your looking at about $3,000 but depending on the market I am sure you will see less
