Anyone here use RAP too? Got a problem!

I've just dropped a message at the RAP support helpdesk but remembered there were quite some Rapid Action Profit script users here too.

I've just set it up and am test driving it now with a single front-end product. I've ran into a problem that I can't figure out on my own and from the manual.

Basically, I'm using the Reseller link (set to 50% commissions). The first test purchase went ok; it goes straight to the vendor.

However the second sale (supposed to go back to the affiliate split payment style) has a problem. After clicking on the payment button, it would go to this error on PayPal:

Data does not match input character set or default encoding. For more information, please contact the merchant.

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to [the affiliate paypal address] and try another option.

Tried this with another paypal address and still the same; first sale to vendor is ok but when it comes to affiliate sale this happens.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem before and knows the solution?

    Your affiliate needs to set his encoding to Western European. Give him these instructions.

    Log into PayPal, go to "Profile" -> "More Options," then click "Selling Tools" and scroll all the way to the bottom. Click the link there that says "PayPal button language encoding," then set the dropdown to "Western European Languages (including English)" and click "Save."
