1 Transaction, but 2 open PP disputes? Uh!!?

I've just resolved 1 of two open PP disputes only to find the the remaining dispute is the same one! And it's still open despite the other dispute with the same trans number being put to bed.

What's that about then? If I settle the open dispute, will the customer get refunded twice for the same purchase? How would this even happen within PP? Glitch?

Anyone saw this before?

Best bet would be to give Paypal a call, they always seem helpful when I do I must say though, I haven't ever come across that!

Dude, this is exact same thing happened to me, i got 2 dispute for one payment. Initially i though it might be "extra" email or something but when i logged in it was actually 2 dispute for 1 transaction. strange.

How did you deal with it? Did you end up contacting PP to resolve it? I hate ringing PP!!
