How Do I Stop A Scene In A YouTube Video To Make It The One To Appear When First Viewed

I've got a video that has a vary funny scene it & I want that scene
to appear when someone first views the video in YouTube how do
I do that.

Also is there a way to make a small pic or thumbnail of that scene.

    The preview frame may be selected from about 5 randomly selected samples when the video is uploaded, unfortunately abuse of preview images with strategically placed 1 frame advertisements caused Youtube to randomly select the previews rather then the previously used fixed preview positions. It's hit and miss now, of course making the important scene longer improves the chances of getting it into the preview.

    I looked and the scene was lot listed in there to bad it's really good.

    The the video is about beach bloopers & the one scene is a dog
    lifting his leg & peeing on the back of a women on the beach LOL.

    Is there another video hosting site that would let me do this let me
    pick that scene & use it I think this video would go viral real quick.
