"There's much easier action outside the IM-O-Sphere".
I baulked every time I heard it...see, my friends here were all carving out nice pieces of the money-makin' pie, and I wanted in, too.
I went into full-on defensive mode...
"It's either a cliche, or they're holding back on the golden ticket"
That slice of advice was the golden ticket, and I'm so goddamn smart it's only taken me 2 years to realise it.
A couple of weeks ago, I decided to call your collective bluffs. And guess what? Well, no guesswork needed, you knew you were right all along!
There are profitable niches everywhere. There are folks who'll actually thank you for offering to send them regular updates via email! People who have no clue about opt-ins, autoresponders, affiliation, any of that stuff.
My eyes have been opened. It'll take a while to wipe 24 months of sleep from them, but...
I joined a niche forum recently. On a whim. I was Mr Zero Post.
I spotted a question. I knew a little about the subject matter. I answered sincerely. The reply?
"Thank you so much!
That's is exactly what I need. Thanks, your reply has really helped me. 8=D"
Fast-forward a fortnight, and I was Mr Go-To on that particular topic...crazy!
Sure, I fine tuned my answers with some secondary Google research, but fundamentally...I understand the community and the problems they're trying to overcome.
I found an audience...a hungry, and trusting crowd, if you like.
But I just don't feel passionate about this niche (health related)...so now I'm taking my new found confidence, and applying it to a niche I really love. I've already started, in fact, and it's truly liberating...not least because I'm already getting a similar response.
Time to put the last 2 year's theory into practice. Time to market.
Wish me luck!
Thanks, Senior Warriors!
