That's kind of like saying "I just wrote a book, help me name it please."

Is it in a big city? A certain section of the city? What makes it unique? What feling are you trying to convey? Who is your target crowd? Families? Office workers? Tourists? Do you have any specialty products? And the list goes on...

Knowing more will help us give you better suggestions.

  I hear ya. But if the OP is not in South Bend, IN then there shouldn't be a problem if they are content with not having a website for their cart, and also content with not trying to merchandise the name to any great extent due to an active Trademark for the phrase.
  
  Between the Buns is not a franchise and if you do a Google search you'll see there are a few Between the Buns eateries that appear to have nothing in common, and are in vastly different localities.
  
  Now, the above is not legal advice. You need a ruling from the Supreme Court of the United States to eliminate any risk of someone suing you over the name, and as usual, please don't leave your house without consulting a lawyer.

We plan on working one county per day/per week and limiting the amount of food we serve (x-number of burgers until gone). We will use facebook and twitter as most people in these counties already know us and we will ask our friends to like and tweet location and number of burgers left... Just some thoughts... OK, most hot dog carts are like a wheel barrow so it is easy to move. I would call my cart - Mike's Trikes. Yeah, even if you only have one. The idea is that it rhymes and so remembering it is easy. Also, make sure you can reg the dot come name. That is more important now. To get customers use local social services. Also, you can try singing. OK if you have a bad voice. Then play some music.
