I am going to do the free trial with Aweber, and was wondering, can I import email addresses into it that I already have on my (manual) list?

Yes - you can import your list into AWeber:

How Do I Import a List of Subscribers? :: AWeber Knowledge Base (no affil.)

But - they will all be sent a confirmation e-mail and only
those who click on the link to confirm will be added to
your active list.
