If 2 (or more) people JV with an offer, can they both link to the WSO in their signature?

I don't know if this has been asked already, but I can't find anywhere that has mentioned it... however the rules state that products/sites that you promote in your forum signature must be owned by you.
But what if a WSO was a JV with another forum member where you split the cost and profits 50/50?
As you both would "own" the WSO and service being offered, would both members be able to link to the WSO in their signature?
