Website infected-need trustworthy help please

I've got a client whose site seems to be infected. It is a WordPress site and she hadn't updated the software in a while. She changed webhosting companies (from Dreamhost to Bluehost) and I had webguy#1 make the transfer and update the WP software. It is still showing up as infected. He claims Google has not indexed the new infection-free site, that is why some people are getting that type of warning/message. Is this true? Would it take a while for the site to show up as infection-free?? I get redirected in IE, but not in Firefox.

Techguy #2 has told her this:"You new site is also infected and you should not send people there until it is properly cleaned or rebuilt. There are active Java Script infections on all your web pages."

He goes on to say this:
"Here is that company that I mentioned yesterday that specializes in moving your website from one host to another as fast as possible. They also repair hacked sites and can transfer email. https://www.ezsitemove.com/ "

She doesn't know how to proceed and doesn't know who to trust - neither do I.
What should be done at this point? I need a trustworthy resource folks.
Thanks,
Radar

Oh this does not sound very good at all, as your website is totally infected I would recommend a professional like hackfixing.com. They aim to repair any hacked website within a few hours, they have packages for businesses and they also provide website security hardening packages which fixes all the loopholes present and makes your website more secure in the future.

    Thanks.

My issue was back in Nov 2010. It's been resolved. Thanks.
