I have created my own form and name fields.
How and where can I insert my aweber id and list name so that It will work with my form?

I´ve tried googling it but came up emty handed

    You really should be looking to Aweber for this; there are many elements to the form that you may miss...

    Aweber has extensive help -- you can search their database or e-mail (or call) support). Log in, go to Help an search for "modify web form." I was easily able to find this page:
