Can someone tell what is the best article to video software that will also provide text to speech translation?

    Don't know about the video part, but check out my rate for text to audio....
    I'd suggest choosing a LIVE REAL HUMAN voice for your voice over..... even if you don't choose me!

      Alot of the software available sounds robotic, why not outsource the voiceover.
