Any Escrow Funding Services Suggested?

I am getting ready to fund a virtual project with a contractor. This job is all online and I don't want to just send out my money to him via Paypal without the work being done. But I also want him to know that the money is available to pick-up when the job is complete. So, an escrow account seems to be the best answer. Does anyone have experience with an online escrow account that will not charge a large fee per transaction?

      That should work. Have your (or anyone else reading this) used Escrow.com? It seems like a high transaction cost. Is there anyway to do this type of transaction through Paypal?

    Depending on where the parties are located, Transpact.com could well be the escrow account you are looking for.
    They offer significantly lower charges (charges depend on the choice of currency chosen), are UK Government Agency Registered (FSA & HMRC), and allow great flexibility to protect yourself.
