Squeeze Page Conversion %'s

Hey I have a squeeze page that I'm running with Aweber and this is one conversion - 28.8% S/D, and this is the other conversion - 72.7 S/UD. Which one should I pay attention to and which one is the most important?

    The first one is submits per displays...
    The second one is submits per UNIQUE displays...

    The second one is the important one and 72.7% is very very very good
