Hi all,

My signature has vanished. Any ideas where it has gone?

    A better question is WHY it's gone.

    Note that affiliate links are not allowed in signature files.

    If you abuse the signature file rules, it will be taken away
    from you.

    You obviously broke some kind of rule and got it deleted by the MODs.

    Were you promoting an affiliate link?

    Have a look in your User CP it should be listed there and you will have the option to edit it. But before posting a new signature read the rules in regards to it.

    My best advice would be build up some rep back on here. Show the mods that you have made an honest mistake, by adding value to your posts. Take part in discussions... then after a while, contact them - I'm sure if you become a good poster on here, they will give you second chance.

    If you promoted an affiliate link, you should have got a message first time saying "no affiliate links" & you should have been able to change it but if you again used an affiliate link then its possible that you lost your signature privileges (because some mod turned it off).

    All new warriors, make sure you do not use affiliate links in your signature. The best use of signature is to link back to your own website or blog with right keywords or at least with something which can interest others to click on your signature link. Hope to have helped.

      Ok... I have this sort of thing happen all the time with my car keys. Where was it when you saw it last? Think... "the last time I saw my signature I was...." and I'm sure you'll be able to find it again.
