Hey guys,

This seems to be one of the most hotly debated subjects from time to time and Smashing Magazine posted a great article this morning that clarifies many of the questions we see raised here so often.

    The problem with the internet is that many sites use copyright material and the owners of the site are never listed in the whois. Most copyright owners would not know that tens of thousands of sites are using their material.

      It's not hard to see who is using your stuff without permission. Just run your material through copyscape or another decent plagairism checker and there you go. Turns my stomach every time I do it.
